I don't know where to begin but since we're still on our honeymoon weekend I'll keep it short and sincere. The setup in the room overlooking the 18th green was fantastic. I can see how the many years of service that you have provided other couples made it unnecessary for Barb or I to be at all concerned. You had our little chapel area laid out perfectly. We were comfortable yet cozy. The bar area was a pleasant exscape for those who wanted a different style of being casual. Angie and Amanda are two very sweet ladies. Thank Angie for working on her birthday. The food. You have no idea on the compliments that are flowing. I share my compliments to you but please pass along the strongest compliments to the staff, especially the cooks behind the scenes. Nobody sees the hard working people who created such delights. Again, please thank them. I will take a bit more time here. I was concerned that with our 2 hour hot station style ongoing buffet might not be enough. I was so very very wrong. I remember a point (and the night was such a blur to me as I went from person to person on this special day) where Andy, at the Italian Pasta Station, was actually alone without any of his skillets filled. I think that I saw you and you told me, 'Paul, they're full'. You were right. I have some big eating friends and family and they were spent. So I finally went to Andy and he made me something to eat which I quickly ate standing up. Delicious!!! Chris, those stuffed mushrooms are out of this world. I quickly grabbed 4 of them on a plate and wolfed them down. My God, I was weeping they were so good. Again, our friends and family had a feast and I can't thank you and your personnel enough. So while it's fresh in my mind I thought I'd write this little note. Since word of mouth is your best source of business you probably won't need this letter as a reference but feel free to use it along with our names. If anyone calls and asks our opinion I'll not only give them the truth but I'll ask if I can join the for the food on their wedding day."

Your availability was trully outstanding too. The room was set up beautifully and the temperature was perfect. What can I say about the food. It was unbeliveably delicious.
