Muskego Lakes Country Club is looking for a dependable, hands-on Grounds Crew Lead to help guide our daily operations and keep our golf course in top shape throughout the season.
This role pays $18–$25 per hour and offers a fantastic, hands-on leadership opportunity to help set the standard for a well-maintained course and a strong, dependable team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and work alongside the grounds crew
- Assign daily tasks and help keep work on schedule
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Assist with course setup and daily maintenance
- Safely operate and care for turf equipment
- Monitor course conditions and report issues
What We’re Looking For
- Golf course or landscaping experience preferred
- Leadership experience or the ability to guide a crew
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to start as early as 4:00 AM
- Available weekends and holidays as needed
