Please read the following carefully, fill in the blanks, sign where indicated, enclose your $150.00 deposit, and return one copy to us for our files.

Payments must be in the form of check or cash. Charge card usage will incur a 3% added fee.

GREENS FEE, WSGA LEAGUE MANAGER SYSTEM & RANGE BALLS: $19.50pp per week. (includes tax).  Minimum of 14 weeks unless prior arrangements are determined.  You play alternating nines each week.

CART FEES: $16.00 including tax FOR 2 RIDERS (Regular rate is $17.00 plus tax). Due to abuse, we must require payment for the whole cart by a single person instead of splitting it up.
